Questions about AI training
Which AI tools do you train on?
The ones your team already has or plans to adopt: usually ChatGPT, Microsoft Copilot, Google Gemini or Claude, plus AI features inside tools like HubSpot, Salesforce and Google Workspace. We are vendor-neutral and take no commissions.
Do you train on site?
Yes, anywhere in Canada or the US. We also run sessions online, or a mix of both.
How many people can you train at once?
Sessions work best with up to about 15 people, so everyone gets hands-on time. For larger teams we run several sessions and train internal champions.
How much does training cost?
It's a fixed price based on the number of teams and sessions, quoted in writing after a free consultation. All prices are in Canadian dollars and exclude applicable taxes.
Do you need access to our data?
Only examples of everyday work to build exercises from, and anonymised samples work fine. See our security page for how we handle data.
Is training included in your implementation projects?
Yes. Every project includes hands-on training for the people who use what we set up. This page is for teams that want training on its own, or before a project.
